How many days notice do you need?
Custom cakes require a week or more notice. However, sometimes we become over loaded with orders and cannot take any more. We suggest a week or more on all orders to avoid being shut out.

What are the prices of your cakes?
All of our cakes are custom cakes and made to order with the specifications of the customers needs. (servings, style, design, scuplted, carved, etc.) Therefore, each cake has a different price. We strongly suggest calling or emailing for a price of a cake.

Is there a deposit required to place an order?
Yes, a 50% credit card or cash deposit is required to secure all orders. Order is not confirmed until a deposit is received.

Do I have to come in to place an order?
No, you may place your order via phone, email or in person.

What type of flavors do you have?
We have a huge variety of cake flavors. You may go to Flavors and Fillings to see some of our selections. If you don't see something you like on the list, please feel free to call and ask us for a particular flavor.

I placed an order online, and have not received a reply, did they get my order?
We try very hard to keep up with the emails and online ordering. But sometimes everyone is very busy. Should you not get a response with 24 hours, please call us to confirm receipt of your email. Emails sent on a Saturday, may not be answered till Tuesday.

Can I taste the different flavors of cakes?
Yes, we have samplings on Weds, and Thurs from 2-5
Vanilla, Chocolate, or Yellow with selection of buttercream icings. Premium cake flavors are not available for tasting, unless the flavor has been requested. You may however, call and request a certain flavor 2 days in advance for a nominal fee of $5.00 per flavor

Can I place an order last minute?
Yes, we sometimes can take last minute orders depending on how busy we are for that day.
Choices are limited and for certain request a rush fee of $25.00 is applied.

Do you have ready to go Birthday cakes, desserts and other baked goods for quick pickup?
No, all our products are freshly baked to order, and we do not keep cakes on hand for quick pickup.

Can I come in on a Saturday for a tasting, to place an order or consultation?
No,
Saturdays are extremely busy for us. Consultations can at times take 15-20 minutes at best to answer your questions and design your cake vision. We make all orders fresh on the day of and Saturdays is the busiest day of the week for us, and time is of the virtue. We strongly suggest for the best customer service inquiring any other day of the week.
