How many days notice do you need?
Most sheet cake orders requires a 2-3 days notice. Custom cakes require a week or more notice. However, sometimes we become over loaded with orders and cannot take any more. We suggest a week or more on all orders to avoid being shut out.

What are the prices of your cakes?
All of our cakes are custom cakes and made to order with the specifications of the customers needs. (servings, style, design, scuplted, carved, etc.) Therefore, each cake has a different price. We strongly suggest calling or emailing for a price of a cake.

Is there a deposit required to place an order?
Yes, a 50% credit card or cash deposit is required to secure all orders. Order is not confirmed until we receive a deposit.

Do I have to come in to place an order?
No, you may place your order via phone, email or in person.

What type of flavors do you have?
We have a huge variety of cake flavors. You may go to Flavors and Fillings to see some of our selections. If you don't see something you like on the list, please feel free to call and ask us for a particular flavor.

I placed an order online, and have not received a reply, did they get my order?
We try very hard to keep up with the emails and online ordering. But sometimes everyone is very busy. Should you not get a response with 24 hours, please call us to confirm receipt of your email. Emails sent on a Friday, may not be answered till Sunday or Monday.

Can I taste the different flavors of cakes?
Because we bake our cakes to order, not always is there sampling available. Flavors available are generally, Vanilla, Chocolate, or Yellow. Premium cake flavors are not available for tasting, unless the flavor has been requested for an order. You may however, call and request a tasting of premium flavors a day in advance for a nominal fee.

Can I place an order last minute?
Yes, we take last minute orders depending on the difficulty of the cake. In most cases, the cake must be a basic design cake (writing and flowers design) with an advance notice of 3-4 hours prior to pick up time.
Choices are limited and for certain request a rush fee is applied.

Do you have ready to go Birthday cakes, desserts and other baked goods for quick pickup?
No, all our products are freshly baked to order, and we do not keep cakes on hand for quick pickup. We can have it ready for pickup with an advance notice of 3-4 hours. Call ahead to inquire.
